Mrs. Biggins received a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from the University of South Alabama in History and Spanish. She graduated from Florida State University College of Law with honors in 1997 and was a member of the Florida State University Law Review and the Journal of Transnational Law and Policy. Mrs. Biggins was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1997. She is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mrs. Biggins is a former partner in the firm of Mowrey & Biggins, where she practiced commercial litigation, probate, contract preparation and collection. She has also served as the Assistant County Attorney for Wakulla County and has represented and advised other government agencies and boards.
During the past several years Mrs. Biggins has dealt with numerous real estate and title related matters and has performed work for various title companies and financial institutions. Her work in these areas includes document preparation, foreclosures, title review, easements and general transactions for individuals and businesses.
